And That Should Outrage You

Let me ask you something…
If the agency sworn to protect workers says, “Don’t record this injury”…. should we all just be quiet and move on?

Because that’s exactly what Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) did. On June 28, 2021, OSHA issued an internal directive telling healthcare employers not to report or track adverse reactions to the COVID19 vaccine, even though the vaccine was required for many workers. It remained in place, and undisclosed, until February 2025.

Here are the key reasons why this matters and why you should be watching this closely:

 What the Directive Revealed

“So as not to discourage vaccination, employers are not required to record instances of adverse events to vaccinations on the OSHA 300 log effective through May 2022,” the directive stated. The OSHA 300 log is a form for employers to report workplace-related injuries.

  • OSHA announced it would not enforce standard injury-reporting rules for COVID-19 vaccine adverse events in healthcare workers.
  • At the same time, OSHA continued to track adverse events for all other workplace vaccinations. It made an exception: only for COVID.
  • The policy was quietly removed from OSHA’s website after an investigation by Children’s Health Defense; yet the damage is done.

Why This Is Not Just Bureaucratic Noise

Directly from the FAQ page for COVID-19 on the OSHA website:

“OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA does not intend to enforce … recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination.”

Ironically, this was removed from the website after it was brought to light. Using archived pages, you can still find it.

  • Workers were left vulnerable. Without proper reporting, healthcare workers who experienced side-effects couldn’t be counted, studied, or compensated in a transparent way.
  • Data was manipulated. If injuries aren’t recorded, they don’t show up in statistics, and that skews every decision made in the name of “public health.”
  • Trust continues to erode. When an agency says “we don’t want to discourage vaccination” but omits tracking of injuries, what you’re actually witnessing is policy over people.
  • This wasn’t an emergency anomaly. The directive lasted nearly four years, from mid-2021 through early-2025. Children’s Health Defense
  • Informed consent means full disclosure. How can a medical or employment decision be truly informed if the risks are hidden, minimized, or unreported?

What Should Happen Now

  • Full transparency: Release all internal communications between OSHA, healthcare employers, and the vaccine-manufacturing lobby about this directive.
  • Independent review: Launch a peer-reviewed audit of how many adverse events were never logged, especially among healthcare workers.
  • Accountability: Employers, regulators, and manufacturers must answer for omissions, not hide behind “emergency” excuses.
  • Systemic change: Make reporting adverse reactions mandatory for all treatments, no matter how politically charged.

Bottom Line

This isn’t about “anti-vax vs. pro-vax.” It’s about human rights, workplace safety, and transparency in healthcare.
When the systems we rely on to keep us safe are rigged to not count the very people they claim to protect. Something has to change.
